Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@steloni.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
